• Six (6) Biweekly Private Coaching Sessions with a BGT Leadership Coach tailored to your experience level, goals, and challenges

For Current Leaders (1–3 Years in the Role)

We’ll work together to:

• Set boundaries and manage expectations so work doesn’t take over your life

• Navigate racial and gender bias with tools to respond to microaggressions
