At Black Girls Teach
We curate spaces for Black women to fully own who they are, lead authentically, and step into their roles with confidence. Our services put Black womanhood at the center, not as an afterthought, but as a core strength. Our clients engage in self-discovery, developing emotional intelligence and community-building skills that allow them to navigate complex environments with clarity and resilience. By embracing their full identities, they are equipped to lead with purpose and cultivate meaningful connections that inspire others.
leadership development for current leaders
Our one-on-one coaching program pairs first-year Coaches, APs, and Principals with experienced leaders to serve as coaches. This program strengthens key leadership skills, including instructional leadership, time management, strategic planning, emotional intelligence, and instructional coaching. Participants gain a strong foundation to lead confidently and sustainably, supported by a coach who understands their unique experiences.
Black girls teach and lead leadership development cohort
The Black Girls Teach and Lead Leadership Development Program is an intensive, cohort-based coaching experience designed for rising leaders in education. This program equips participants with practical tools, personalized coaching, and a supportive network to confidently step into leadership roles and drive positive change in their schools and communities.
COHORT DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION PARTNERSHIP
We partner with district leaders to design and launch an affinity-based leadership cohort that centers participant voice, aligns with district priorities, and supports leadership development, reflection, collaboration, and wellness.
We prepare district facilitators and support implementation, with curriculum recommendations or the option for BGT to develop materials for district use.

CLaRITY SEssions For Educators and leaders
Clarity Sessions are 60-minute 1:1 Intensives that help teachers, leaders, or HR professionals to get clarity on a career challenge. Clients will walk away feeling empowered, supported, and with clear action steps.
