Our leadership development program is designed to support the growth and development of emerging Black women teacher leaders. With a combination of dynamic workshops, expert mentorship, and a vibrant community of like-minded individuals, our program provides a comprehensive approach to leadership development. Through this program, rising Black women teacher leaders can gain the skills, knowledge, and connections necessary to become effective and influential leaders in their classrooms, schools, and communities.

Leading with confidence:

Coaching for Black Women Leaders

Our program empowers Black women school leaders with comprehensive leadership and personal development support, including 1:1 and/or group coaching sessions led by experienced school leader coaches. Participants enhance their leadership skills, confidence, and strategies to overcome challenges. We also prioritize personal development for well-being and work-life balance. We aim to foster a supportive environment where Black women school leaders lead authentically and reach their full potential as influential leaders in their schools and communities.

Our program is designed to empower Black women educators by providing them a space to thrive. We offer workshops and affinity spaces tailored to the specific needs of Black women educators, tackling topics relevant to their personal and professional growth.

Our program is committed to creating a sense of belonging and community where Black women educators can be seen, heard, and valued for their unique experiences and contributions. We aim to equip Black women educators with the tools, resources, and support they need to become influential leaders and change-makers in their schools, communities, and beyond.

DEI Revolution: Creating Radical Change in Education

Our DEI sessions are tailored to instigate genuine transformation by addressing critical issues and subjects often neglected in conventional diversity training initiatives. We empower participants to cultivate a school environment that is more inclusive and equitable, particularly focusing on biases towards Black women educators. Our sessions cover an array of topics, including Cultivating Communities of Feedback, Psychological Safety, Implicit Bias, Internalized Racism, Unpacking Privilege from Race to Gender, Teacher Retention Intervention, and more. Our goal is to equip participants with the tools and insights necessary to enact tangible change within their schools and communities, nurturing a culture of inclusivity and equity.

Leadership team coaching session

Coaching is provided to Executive Leadership and/or School/Network leadership on their anti-racist leadership journey, implementation of DEI plan, addressing inequities identified in racial equity audit, and implementing strategies learned in professional development sessions.

CLaRITY SEssions For Educators and leaders

Clarity Sessions are 60-minute 1:1 Intensives that help teachers, leaders, or HR professionals to get clarity on a career challenge. Clients will walk away feeling empowered, supported, and with clear action steps..
